Returns and refund policy

The following are the returns and refund policy of Shawli.

Returns are not accepted during the Sale Period. Any product sold on a discount will not be taken back.

Some products cannot be returned and such products will be mentioned in the product page itself.

Damaged or defective products should be returned in the condition they came in and should include all the accessories and the box that it came in with.

All products are quality checked before dispatching by us.

In order to return a product one should reach out to our customer care number with the order ID, upon which they will be given a walkthrough on how to return a product.

All returns should only be processed by contacting our customer care and by registering with them. No other returns will be accepted.

All products purchased from us will have a 7 day return window during which one can return the product.

Any return due to damage in transit or damaged product, torn fabric, worn out stitching, wrong size should be reported to us immediately on delivery. One should report such instances within 48 hours of product being delivered. Anything beyond that will not be accepted.

You should inspect the product as and when received and should do the above as soon as possible in case of any damage.

For damaged products, wrong products, wrong size sent we will fully reimburse your shipping fees. For the same you will have to show the receipt given by the courier to you.

Following are the scope of returns/refunds of all products. All our returns/refunds will be bound by the following:

If a product is found faulty or have a manufacturing defect, or a wrong product is send to you, we will replace the product as fast as possible to our best capabilities.

A full refund of the amount of that product will be initiated only if the replacement of the same product is not available in stock with us.

In all other cases we will be replacing the product

If there are any changes to this rule, the same will be mentioned in the description of the product.

Regarding the refund of the shipping charge that you incur while shipping the product back to us, we can only refund the amount it costs us to ship the product to you or the cost incurred by you, whichever is minimum.

Products bought during any sale or discount offers cannot be refunded or replaced
